A CLE OPPORTUNITY AS ENTERTAINING AS IT IS INFORMATIVE
Join us on Thursday, March 28th at 4pm for a Bench Bias Lingo CLE. It is valid for 2.0 CLE credits, dinner & drinks, and a ticket to the March 28th performance of Roe.
Bench Bias Lingo is two Supreme Court Cases related to disability, sexual orientation, race, and sexual harassment. Each exploration includes:
- A summary of the case
- A panel of attorneys and/or judges discussing the relevant issues of the case
- A film or video clip introducing the theme and fuller context
- A company of professional actors performing edited transcripts compiled from oral arguments
- A facilitated audience/panelist discussion led by attorney/actor Chris Carlson of Narrative Pros
The panel includes Daniel Le, Paul R. Hannah, Michelle Miller, Mike Freeman, and Judge Mike Davis
End the evening by attending a performance of Roe, a story that precisely illustrates the fractured and fracturing history of one of the most polarizing social issues of the modern era.
