Disability Council Liaison

Caidin (he/him) joined the Mixed Blood Disability Advisory Council in 2014. After 5 years of serving as a member-at-large on the council, Caidin is excited to be stepping into the community liaison role for the Disability Advisory Council. Caidin’s accessibility and disability advocacy career formally started in 2010. Since then he has served as a director of accessibility for two public colleges, a permanent lead member of a civil rights review team, teaches a graduate level course on accessibility; as well as, being an accessibility consultant for multiple local non-profit agencies. Caidin holds a Masters of Arts from the University of Minnesota in Multicultural College Teaching and Learning and an Individualized Bachelors of Arts from Metropolitan State University titled Creating Social Change through the Lens of Gender.
